Child Safety Standards
Our Commitment
ConnectLove is an adult dating platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We are committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws, including the Online Safety Act 2023 (UK).
Age Verification and Eligibility
All users are required to confirm they are 18 years of age or older at the point of registration. We collect date of birth and enforce an 18+ minimum age gate. Accounts that are found to belong to minors are deleted immediately upon discovery, and any relevant reports are made to the appropriate authorities.
Content Moderation
Every profile photo submitted to ConnectLove is reviewed before it is published on the platform. Our moderation process is designed to detect and reject imagery that may constitute CSAM or sexually exploit minors. When a violation is detected, we act immediately: content is removed, the account is suspended, relevant evidence is preserved, and where required by applicable law the matter is reported to UK law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on ConnectLove:
- Any image, video, or written content that sexualises minors
- CSAM of any kind
- Grooming behaviour or communication intended to exploit minors
- Any content that facilitates the trafficking or abuse of children
Reporting
Users can report any content or behaviour they believe involves the exploitation of a child directly from within the app using the in-app report button available on every profile and conversation. Reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team.

Compliance and Reporting Obligations
ConnectLove complies with all applicable legal obligations regarding CSAM detection and reporting under UK law and the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation involving child safety.
