By accessing or using the ConnectLove service ("Service"), operated by ConnectLove Ltd (Company Registration No. 16454371, Hamilton House, Mabledon Place, London, WC1H 9BB), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ConnectLove. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Share explicit content without consent
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use automated means to access or interact with the Service
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS) and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. 6. Content Moderation
All profile photos are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Community Standards or these Terms without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
ConnectLove and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectLove Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
