How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google, not by ConnectLove. To cancel:

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not issue a refund for the current period. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Alternatively, visit our account deletion page or email support@connectlove.net.

I have a billing problem

Billing is handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). If you've been charged incorrectly, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support. For any other billing questions, email us at support@connectlove.net and include your registered email address.

I can't log in to my account

ConnectLove uses email one-time passwords (OTP) for login. Make sure you're entering the email address you signed up with and check your spam folder for the OTP email. If you're still having trouble, email us at support@connectlove.net.

How do I report another user?

Tap any profile or open a conversation, then use the report button (⋯ menu). Our safety team reviews all reports promptly. For urgent safety concerns, email support@connectlove.net.

How do I update my profile or photos?

Go to your Profile tab in the app. Tap the edit icon to update your photos, bio, or preferences. New profile photos are reviewed before they go live, which typically takes a short time.
